Chris Bathgate

Chris Bathgate is a singer/songwriter from Ann Arbor, Michigan. His latest album A Cork Tale Wake was released on Quite Scientific records on June 26, 2007.

Generally considered a folk singer, Bathgate frequently performs solo, often with an acoustic guitar. Where he deviates from that image is when he picks up an electric guitar, incorporating electronics into his performance allowing looping of guitar and vocals, creating a much fuller sound than one man could ordinarily. He also performs with a band, featuring a rotating cast of Ann Arbor area friends and musicians.
